Yes. Most frames can be personalized with your own photo and, on selected products, a name or short message. Choose a product, fill in the customization fields and tap “Order on WhatsApp” — our team will confirm every detail with you before anything is made.

Photos are shared in the WhatsApp chat, not on the website. After WhatsApp opens with your order details, tap the attach (paperclip) icon and send your photo as a document or image. Sending the original file from your gallery gives the best result.

A sharp, well-lit, original photo works best — avoid screenshots or pictures forwarded many times. Our team will tell you on WhatsApp if a photo is likely to print softly and suggest alternatives.

Available sizes are listed on each product page and can differ from product to product. If you need a size that is not listed, message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you if it is possible.

LED options (for example warm white, cool white or multicolour) are shown on the product pages where they are available. Ask us on WhatsApp for details such as power source and controls for the model you like.

Each product page shows the price for the selected size and options. Final price, including any customization or delivery charges, is confirmed with you on WhatsApp before you pay.

Delivery time depends on your design, your location and the product. We confirm an expected delivery time on WhatsApp once your design is approved.

We do not take payments on this website. Once your order details are agreed on WhatsApp, we will share the available payment options with you there.

Message us on WhatsApp any time for an update on your order. When your parcel is dispatched, we share the delivery details with you in the same chat.
